Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Wervol Technologies handles information in Neon Bounce: The Horizon.
Controller
Wervol Technologies is responsible for this website and Neon Bounce: The Horizon. You can contact us at wervol.technologies@gmail.com.
Website Cookies And Local Storage
This website does not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party marketing cookies. We may store a small local preference when you dismiss the privacy notice so it does not appear on every page.
When you play the browser version of Neon Bounce: The Horizon, the game stores progress and settings locally in your browser. This includes score data, unlocked cosmetics, selected cosmetics, audio settings, and similar gameplay preferences. This browser data stays on your device unless you clear it.
Information We Store Locally
Neon Bounce: The Horizon stores some game data locally on your device. This may include your high score, game progress, unlocked items, audio settings, selected cosmetics, and whether the remove ads purchase is active.
This information is stored on your device using local app storage or WebView local storage. We do not use this data to personally identify you, and we do not run our own account system or login system.
Advertising
The app uses Google AdMob and Google Mobile Ads to show advertisements. Google and its partners may collect and process information such as device identifiers, ad interactions, approximate location, diagnostics, and other data needed to provide, measure, and improve advertising.
In regions where consent is required, the app may show a Google consent form before requesting personalized ads. You can learn more about how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
In-App Purchases
The app uses Google Play Billing for one-time in-app purchases, including the remove ads purchase. Purchase processing is handled by Google Play. We may store locally whether a purchase is active so the app can unlock the correct features.
We do not receive or store your payment card details.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Data may be processed by third-party services used by the app, including Google AdMob, Google Mobile Ads, and Google Play Billing, as described in their own privacy policies.
Legal Bases
Local game storage is used to provide the game features you request. If you contact us by email, we use your email address and message to respond to your request. Where consent is required for advertising or similar processing, consent is handled through the relevant consent flow.
Retention
Local browser and app data remains on your device until you clear browser storage, clear app data, or uninstall the app. Emails you send to us are kept only as long as reasonably needed to handle your request and maintain necessary records.
Your GDPR Rights
If the General Data Protection Regulation applies to you, you may have the right to request access to personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, objection to processing, and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.
You can exercise these rights by contacting us at wervol.technologies@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Children's Privacy
Neon Bounce: The Horizon is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so we can review the issue.
Your Choices
You can reset locally stored game data by clearing the app data from your device settings or uninstalling the app. Ad preferences and privacy choices may also be available through your device settings and Google account settings.
Changes To This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
